Frequently Asked Questions

We will email you an order acknowledgement once you complete your online checkout.  If you do not receive an email acknowledgement, please contact our Consumer Care team.

We use a secure server to protect your ordering information as it comes to us via the Internet. All information entered in the checkout section of our online store (such as name, address and your credit card number) is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This ensures you are in direct communication with TOMY.com.

Your credit card will be charged for the correct amount only when your order is released for shipment. 

Note: This policy also includes Preorder items.

At this time, we are only able to accept online payments for products available at TOMY.com.

TOMY.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment of your order.

We will email you a shipping acknowledgement once we have shipped your package. The tracking number and web address for tracking your shipment will be included in this shipping acknowledgement email. Information on shipping times can be found on our Shipping Information page.

TOMY does not have a consumer catalog available. Our website serves as our company brochure.

There are various on-line sources that can help you in your search: www.toytractortimes.com or www.toyfarmer.com have resources that can help you find past release information. There are also many books and price guides available from several on-line retailers concerning our past releases. Try www.amazon.com or other on-line retailers.

This website is the best source for information on our current releases.

Battery-operated ride-ons are manufactured by Peg Perego, and backup batteries and accessories are managed through their customer service group. To contact Peg Perego directly call 800-728-2108.

Batteries can be purchased at your local dealer. If you do not have a dealer in your area, you can also check with the TOMY Outlet Store at 563-875-5613.

For information on missing parts for current model ride-on tractors you can email us: consumer@tomy.com. For older models, most replacement parts can be obtained through one of the following suppliers:

You can find replacement copies of the songbooks for Octotunes, Puppytunes and Eddie the Elephant Tunes on the product detail page of each item. See the "Product Library" section in the lower left-hand corner of the individual product page for replacement song books to print out.
